The Path to your Potential

Life is too short to be bound by traditions, boxed in a stereotype, limited by honor-shame culture, weighed down by guilt, caught up in the status quo, stuck in a rut, or end up in a cyclic empty lifestyle. Does any of that define you? You are not alone.

Is there a way out? Yes – if you are willing to explore the possibilities and step out in faith.

It is possible to experience real freedom and realize your full potential by rising above such impediments.

There could be only one path that can lead to full potential – the path of purpose. While other paths may lead somewhere but when the last breath is drawn there will still remain unused potential. That is the reason graveyard is considered the richest place in the world. Only if we could dig six feet under and excavate all the unused potential.

It seems very difficult to find the path of purpose among the many paths before us. Moreover, at every crossroad in life we have to make a choice, which further complicates matters. Regardless, the destination depends on the path chosen.

Relying on other’s experience and expert advice could be beneficial but it has limitations because everyone is unique and no two people’s purpose and potential is the same. In fact, some cases of depression could directly be attributed to comparing oneself with others who apparently seem to be successful and happy.

I submit to you that the unsurpassed way to reconcile you with your potential is to find your path of purpose in life. And the best way to find your path of purpose is to know the creator of your purpose and potential – the one who coded your potential in your inner-being before you made your way into the world. In order to qualify for such a feat, one has to be omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. There is only one I know who meets the criteria – God.

Your potential is already aligned with the creator.

The way to get to your potential is to align yourself with your creator. In other words, the way to live a purposeful and meaningful life is upwards. I challenge you to break free from any preconceptions and confinements that’s holding you back. Dare to experience the freedom and explore the very purpose for which you were created, and fully realize your potential. That’s the Third Culture perspective.
